What is the reporting process for desktop and mobile users?
The reporting process is different for desktop and mobile users. Desktop users can directly lodge a complaint by logging into their Prime Video account. Whereas mobile users can send their complaint through email or a link. A complaint officer has been appointed for this. To lodge a complaint, users will have to mail, after which their complaint will be resolved.
You can complain only in English
Currently, complaints are available only in English and users are advised to lodge their complaints in English only. This is for all users, regardless of their device or subscription model.

The company will confirm the complaint within 24 hours. For this, users will have to provide information like their name, email address, name of the movie/series, details of the complaint.
